FEAST means Fun Education After School Time

Imagine our excitement after opening the kiln door at the end of the FEAST 'glaze firing', and being greeted by shelf after shelf of the students' vibrantly, colourful treasures.

In third term, year 2 students were invited to create original ceramic sculptures. After learning about and exploring some of the properties of clay, each student learned how to make a 'pinch pot'.By adding extra clay features, paint and glaze, the pinch pots were transformed into these colourful sculptures.

Students from stage 3 created patterns from nature which were inspired by the work of English environmental sculptor Andy Goldsworthy.
