These are working drawings and drafts from years three and four Visual Arts Diaries. Year Three students are creating Aboriginal inspired artworks of Australian native animals using Indigenous symbols to create a story around their animal. Year Four are learning about printmaking. The students have penciled an artwork in their Visual Arts Diaries and have placed a clear perspex plate on top of the drawing outlining it in permanent marker. Students etch into this plate before taking a print which they will then lightly paint with water colours. I am so proud of them.
A K-6 art blog showcasing the artistic talents of students from Turramurra North Public School. The artworks featured include sculpture, painting, drawing, printmaking, photography and artworks produced using various art apps.
