"Birds, bugs and bowls" was the theme for our year 2 FEAST students. With great energy they slapped and patted a cube of terracotta clay into a ball. Then after inserting their thumbs and widening the hole, they produced a pinch pot. This pot or bowl became the starting point for further embellishments.
