Students in Year 1 were introduced the artworks of New Zealand born Australian artist Rosalie Gascoigne (1917-1999). Rosalie often worked with old road signs to create her assemblages. Assemblages are artworks that are put together using found objects. Year 1 created their assemblages by writing their name and a few of their hobbies and interests then cut them up, painted them and arranged them into assemblages. Can you recognise any names?
